Quick and safe: Couplings from HANSA-FLEX
Connecting or disconnecting attachments quickly and safely, lengthening or shortening pipelines, or simply replacing heavily loaded hose lines: There are a multitude of scenarios in which couplings are required. Whether in industry, agriculture or mobile hydraulics – couplings create flexibility and are an essential means of connection, and not just in hydraulics. Their range of applications is very diverse, therefore HANSA-FLEX has a wide range of products available: quick-release, screw-on, plug-in, temperature-control, pipe- or multi-couplings. The latest addition to this product family is the new SSKV coupling. The plug-in shell clamp connection (SSKV) coupling can be attached without the use of tools, does not restrict flow, and is so safe and leak-proof at pressures up to 500 bar that it is even suitable for the transport of gases. HANSA-FLEX couplings are available in a huge range of variants offering the following features: can be shut-off on both sides, flat seal, coupling and/or uncoupling under pressure, high flow, fixed halves, loose halves, plug, socket, square. The standard range includes thread types BSP, NPT and UNF. HANSA-FLEX couplings are available in steel, stainless steel, brass, chrome-VI-free or galvanic coated.
